The three day Young Horse Show Jumping Championships of Great Brtiain was held at Addington Manor's new outdoor arena on 8th, 9th and 10th August. With entries exceeding 250, each day was jam packed with some superb show jumping displaying some serious young talent. Each age class was split into British Bred and Non British bred horses allowing spectators to compare the ability of horses we are breeding here with those we are importing. Tuesday and Wednesday were qualifying days for the Championship day on Thursday, the show was also a viewing show for the World Breeding Championships in Lanaken and listed below are the selected British Bred horses.
The final Championship day was well attended and Addington Manor put on some fantastic corporate hospitality with sponsors enjoying a sit down lunch and refreshments throughout the day in the VIP area. Feedback the AES has since received has been undoubtedly positive with sponsors confirming they are all on board for next year - for which we have some serious ideas including TV coverage. The AES was keen to support the show again, in its second year, and an extra prize fund was also supplied by the BSJA for double clears throughout the show.

We are pleased to announce below the British bred horses that have been selected for Lanaken and all except 2 are AES registered horses, including both stallions which are also graded with the AES - a record of which we are very proud!
